1. If the product was damaged or used, a exchange or return is not acceptable

2. Change of mind will be accepted only within 3 days after received (Based on the receipt date of the tracking record on the post)

  - There would be inspection after arrived in the office so that we can judge the items are used or damaged or not

3. The exchange or return will be accepted only within 7 days after received the items (Based on the receipt date of the tracking record on the post)

4. Clippers cannot be exchanged or returned if the packaging has been damaged

  - The exchange or return will be judged after inspected 

5. Clipper blades cannot be exchanged or returned if the external packaging was damaged (Regardless of whether they are used or not)

6. A returning shipping fee will be charged on customers no matter what the reasons are (Except defectives)
  - Even though you purchased products as a free shipping fee, customers should pay for it when you return to us
  - We will judge the availability of the exchange or refund after inspected
